      Cancellation Policy & Conditions

      • All bookings must be made in writing and confirmed by Firefinch Safaris in writing.
      • Vehicles will be held on provisional basis until 90 days prior to departure date. A 20% non-refundable deposit is than payable 90 days before departure.
      • Full payment must be made 7 days before departure
      • Cancellation fees 60 – 31 days – 30% of total booking
      • Cancellation fees 30 – 15 days – 40% of total booking
      • Cancellation fees 14 – 08 days – 50% of total booking
      • Cancellation fees 7 days or less – 90% of total booking
      • No Show fee – 100% of total booking
